I had bought 2 and both of them work great, the compasses are accurate, the thermometer's are both very accurate and the whistle's are loud. It was a great buy and a bargain at that for all you get.

Compass & Thermometer work on one, Accurate?. Main thing is $2 whistle that works and is loud. Blow hard short burst to get attention, just like police of older times.

I have been buying whistles from Amazon for old neighbors who fall and pounding for help doesn't work. Mostly because I bike dirt roads and some times there's target practice going on out in the woods and I want them to know that I am coming there way or I'm out there. Now I don't care about the frill of the extras or loudness with this whistle. Why I like it is that it has a pee in it and it sounds like a human whistle and not some bird. Un-mistaken that it is a person and not some odd peeping sound. Why was this whistle so hard to fine? What happen to the old fashion whistle that we all come to know. Well known and very dependable. You want a compass. buy a compass. You what to sound like a bird, buy a peeper. You want to sound like a human, buy this whistle.

solid for a plastic whistle, droped it several times to test it. NO DAMAGE! and every thing still works. bought for my bug out bag- works great.

You can't go wrong with this whistle. It is really loud! Good for on a boat or self protection.

Best buy for the money, a good survival tool, if you are ever lost or trapped they will hear you. The compass is a plus.

Excellent item to keep in your pocket, survival kit, or glove box. The whistle -is- loud and the compass works fine. The thermometer isn't too useful but it works and doesn't add any weight.

Can't go wrong with this whistle and the extras to boot! Everything works and will be helpful Ina pinch.

Don't waste your money albeit only 1.99. Compass does not work. Thermometer does not work. No carrying case included. Whistle does not work well either.
