This flail is a great buy for the price. Some of the chain links aren't closed all the way, but that can be fixed with pliers. The business end of this thing is seriously deadly and would definitely smash someone's skull in. Short of that, it tears up boxes, fruit, or whatever no problem. Plus, it looks totally awesome hanging on my wall. I replaced the rope wrap with electrical tape for better grip but that's just me. Definitely buy this.

Flail
Bought this for historical display. It is well made and will serve that purpose. The handle is probably too short and light to make using it safe and practical, but I don't intend to find that out anyway since I would only use this as a weapon in a last ditch situation, if it were the only thing close to hand.

Great quality!
This is such a great product! I was expecting something that I wouldn't be able to really use, but I was so wrong! It is secure so you don't have to worry about the balls flying off. While we are on that topic the balls themselves are great, they are solid and well made and unlike the mace you don't have to worry about breaking your spikes off because they are made into it instead of being screwed in!

Good for its price
For such an affordable weapon, it is very well-made and quite sturdy. The chain links are not fully closed off so I would advise against swinging it around for too long, but that is nothing some strong pliers cannot fix. An unfortunate soul on the receiving end of this weapon would definitely need a few aspirin in the morning.

You get what you pay for
Not the greatest quality, but not bad for the price. Solid but the handle is a little rough. All in all a decent buy.

I got this in mail and thought it looked cool and all but the chain for it sux badly and breaks if u swing it even a little hard and the spikes are weak as they bend if u hit anything hard so its not a medieval as it seems in the toughness department
