Bought this for a friend, had them try it on me to train for a security job I'm getting. It burns. Ridiculously. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's not effective, I was incapacitated for at least 15 minutes, and that's if proper care is given afterwards. This is a good less-lethal weapon that will easily help you incapacitate an offender until the police arrive.
